Every figure on this page is what you pay, with our booking fee already in it. Prices depend on the size of the house. Add-ons are flat. Travel and rush are stated fees, not surprises.

What is inside that number
Two things, and we show you both. The photographer is paid their rate in full — we never deduct from it — and our booking fee of 12.50% sits on top. That split is not presentation: it is what makes Roommark a booking service rather than an employer taking a cut of somebody’s work.

Travel and rush
Travel

Nothing for the first 25 minutes of driving. Beyond that it is billed in whole 15-minute increments, because a 31-minute and a 44-minute drive cost the same afternoon.

Charged when a shoot is booked within 24 hours of the slot, because it displaces work already on somebody’s calendar.
Things worth knowing
These are Roommark’s packages. A photographer who publishes their own packages prices those themselves, and when you book one, theirs is the price you pay. Either way the photographer is free to turn the job down, and whatever they are paid reaches them without deduction.
You are charged once, at booking, for the whole amount, by card. There is no subscription, no retainer, and no fee for holding an account.
Delivery is digital only. Photographs come back the same evening, or the next business morning for afternoon shoots, as a gallery link and as downloads. Nothing is printed or shipped.
Cancelling. Free to cancel up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours it is half the photographer's rate, and inside 4 hours it is all of it. The full cancellation and refund policy.
